Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we can not cancel orders, however, if you have made a mistake, please contact us within two hours of ordering, and we will work with you to resolve this.

Can I return my item if I am unhappy with it?

We are totally confident of the quality of our items and hope that you love them as much as we do.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at customerservice@oliverandalexander.co.uk to arrange return of your item. Please send pictures of any faults if possible.

Please note, that if you received a free gift with your order, this must be returned, or a nominal fee to cover this will be deducted from your refund.

We accept exchanges sent within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in a sellable condition. 

You will be responsible for the cost of postage on exchanges.

If your item is lost in the post on its way back to us, as you are the sender of the item, you will need to contact your shipping service to claim compensation for loss. We recommend obtaining proof of postage and sending your item via a tracked service.

Can I exchange my item?

Short answer? Yes!

As a small business, we are happy to offer a personalised service to help you find the right size for you. We encourage you to take us up on this offer, to minimise hassle of returns by contacting us at the email address above.

How do I know what size to order?

As a rough guide, the women’s range equates to:

XS 8-10
S 12
M 14
L 16
XL 18
XXL 20-22

We recommend sizing up on the sweatshirts if you prefer a looser fit, the hoodies are a generous fit and should be true to your usual size.

When will my item arrive?

All our printed and embroidered t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts are made to order, and have a 1-2 week lead time before dispatch.

All other items will be packed and dispatched within 3 working days

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, in eco friendly packaging wherever possible.

Who do I contact if I have a question?

Do you ship abroad?

We ship worldwide!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

If your order is a gift, please let us know and we will exclude the invoice. We can also add a custom note inside the box with the wording of your choice, simply leave us a note at checkout with your desired message. All our orders are beautifully gift wrapped as standard.

Do you offer wholesale?

How do I use a voucher code on the website?

We are delighted to be able to offer you an introductory discount of 10% on your first order with us, simply enter code O+A. 

Occasionally as part of our marketing, we will offer additional discount codes, please note that due to our current ordering systems, these cannot be used in conjunction with your introductory code. However, we would be happy to honour any further discount code you find at a later date if you chose to order with us again. 

Our voucher codes can be entered in the ‘coupon code’ box in the Cart page before you enter your payment details.

Please note, these voucher codes are time limited, so keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook pages for the latest offers.

If you do not see the latest code before processing your order, we are unfortunately unable to retrospectively apply that discount to your order. However, we will happily honour that code (even if it has expired) on your next order with us, just drop us an email to customerservice@oliverandalexander.co.uk when you are ready to order again.
