If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange return of your item within 14 days of delivery. Please send pictures of any faults if possible.
Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel. We can accept returns up to 14 days from the date of order delivery, beyond this point we will be unable to process your return.
We will refund your postage costs in sending your item back to you if the item is faulty.
Please note, that if you received a free gift with your order, this must be returned, or a nominal fee to cover this cost will be deducted from your refund.
Unless faulty, returned items must be unwashed, if the product is returned and smells like washing powder the refund will not be processed as this will render the item unsellable and will breach our terms and conditions.

Due to the nature of made to order items we are unable to accept returns unless any items are faulty.

We accept exchanges sent within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in a sellable condition.
You will be responsible for the cost of postage on exchanges.
If your item is lost in the post on its way back to us, as you are the sender of the item, you will need to contact your shipping service to claim compensation for loss. We recommend obtaining proof of postage and sending your item via a tracked service.
